Maître Héloïse Bajer–Pellet
Lawyer at the Paris Bar
Maître Héloïse Bajer – Pellet is a partner at the firm. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and is a member of the Paris Bar since January 2001. After a year in the Ethics Department of the Paris Bar Association and a decade of practice at a prestigious mid-sized Parisian law firm—where she gained extensive experience handling multidisciplinary cases and advising clients—she founded her own firm in 2011.
Her career has been shaped by international litigation, particularly in public international law, representing cases before international courts such as the International Court of Justice (ICJ), the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS), and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). Building on this solid experience, she co-founded FAR Avocats, a firm dedicated to public international litigation and inter-state disputes, in which she also works.
Over time, she has developed a strong specialization in international civil service law, representing numerous international officials in disputes with their administration.
Dedicated to providing high-quality legal support, she leverages her extensive academic and professional expertise to serve her clients effectively.
Her skills and reputation in the field have been recognized by the Federation of International Civil Servants' Associations (FICSA), which has listed her among its recommended lawyers for international administrative law matters.
Her in-depth expertise is further reinforced by her role as an assessor at the First Instance Tribunal of the Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF), where she has gained firsthand insight into the legal challenges of international civil service disputes.
She supports you in both French and English and has some knowledge of Spanish.
